This little booklet will explain how the different styles can be worn as part of your costume, how to dye them to get the color you need to match your costume, how you can embellish them with paint to make them unique, how to embellish them with sequins and beads for extra glamour, and the care and cleaning of your body stocking.  Photos and Diagrams through out!

One of Designs By Janie's specialties is the Comfortable Body Stocking, but what are they you might ask. They are body stockings with a snap crotch closure for ease of dressing and comfort after you are in your costume. The snap crotch flap snaps in the front just below the bikini line so it won't show above your belt. The body stockings are made out of stretch lace, stretch mesh, and some specialty fabrics.   We do not use heavy power net. They are not designed to hold you in like a girdle, but rather mold to your body. Best of all they wash like a dream and they can even be dyed.

Style A is the 'classic' body stocking that you attach to your bra .  Instructions for attaching the Style A to your dance bra are included. 

Style B (the most popular) is sleeveless with a back and shoulders to hold it up with no fastening to the bra needed. It scoops down in the front below your beautiful dance bra and can be worn over the bra or under it as you choose.  

Style C is just like Style B only it comes with long straight sleeves.

Sizes are true American sizes, they do not run small

X-small = 4-6, Small = 8-10, Med. = 12-14, Lge. = 16-18, X-Lge. = 20-22

Any alteration that needs to be made to the standard pattern will cost a minimum of $30.00 extra.
Example: Length change for taller or shorter

Allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery
